Gram Rabbit

Professed favorites of Nic Harcourt and friends at KCRW and veterans of Coachella Music Festival, Gram Rabbit was Founded in 2004 by Jesika von Rabbit and Todd Rutherford in the desert landscape of Joshua Tree, California. They quickly gained attention for their offbeat styles as well as their decidedly bent take on modern music. Using beats, twangy guitars, programmed samples, a healthy dose of mind-altering lyrical illusion and super-charged sexual energy, they won "Best New Band" at the 2005 LA Weekly Music Awards.
